Tacograph Device: It is a recording device designed to be assembled to the vehicles doing road transportation in order to show and record automatically or semi- automatically movements of road vehicles and details of specific working durations of the drivers.

According to the article 13 of “European Agreement concerning the Work of Crews of Vehicles engaged in International Road Transport ” of UN Economic Commission for Europe, while it was obligatory for only firms doing international cargo and road transportation until the end of 2013, it has been registered as vehicles for only carrying load in the country since 2014, digital tachograph card has been compulsory for vehicles whose maximum weight is 3500 and drivers of the vehicles having capacity of nine or more people including the driver.

TACOGRAPH CARD

  • It audits vehicle usage durations.
  • It audits vehicle speed.
  • It audits usage of the vehicle in the borders determined in the law.
  • It keeps records which it audits in its memory.
  • It gives the records in its memory as a graphic or written report.

DRIVER CARD IDENTIFICATION

It is tachograph card given to a specific driver. Driver card identifies the driver and it helps driver activity data to be recorded in the memory.

COMPANY CARD IDENTIFICATION

It is a tachograph card given to vehicle owners or shareholders with tachograph device. It ıntroduces the company and provides viewing, loading and printing of data stored in the tachograph device, which is locked by the company or not locked by any company.

SERVICE CARD IDENTIFICATION

It is a tachograph card issued by the country's authorized organizations to a tachograph device manufacturer, a vehicle manufacturer or service and installer. The service card introduces the cardholder and enables the test, calibration and / or download of the tachograph device.

Original authorized signatures lists and copy of them (Original one will be given back after checked)

Original letter of attorney and a copy of it (it is requested if the name of service officer is not mentioned in authorized signatures lists)

Original Chamber Registration Document

A copy of Tax Certificate

A copy of Service Certificate of Authority taken from Ministry of Industry and Commerce

Receipt

Original and a copy of Identity Card of the person who will sign the application

When the company makes its preliminary application via the internet (https://staum.tobb.org.tr), when the button is pressed during the preliminary application, the Vakıfbank tachograph card to the account of the Ministry of Transportation, Maritime Affairs and Communications with the payment number given to it by the system. It is necessary to apply to our Chamber together with the documents listed above according to the type of card.

Applications are made personally for the driver card and by the company representative for the service card and company card. For the card delivery, if the application says, “If the name and surname of a third person is written, this 3rd person can also take the card.
